就学支援委員会の判断結果

A few days ago my child’s elementary school principal informed me about some information from the municipality’s Board of Education that he wants to share.

Today we had a meeting that was attended by the principal, the vice principal and us, the parents.

The principal read out a letter from the Board of Education’s school enrollment support commitee.

I do not recall the detailed content, but the letter ended with:

Decision result: Special Needs School (intellectual disability) is desirable

判断結果 特別支援学校(知的障害)が望ましい

Unbelievable!

We, the parents, didn’t even ask for a school enrollment consultation!

Did the School Enrollment Support Committee just “consult” with themselves?
